If you have any questions or wish to discuss Special Events (retirements, celebrations, etc.), contact the Catering Manager at 0-7491. Larger events should be discussed over the phone to ensure proper execution of your event. The Catering department can assist with dietary restrictions, linens, china, floral arrangements and rental items.
** Note – Events scheduled outside normal business hours may require an additional fee or server.
Events will be billed to the internal cost center number which must be provided before the event commences. Call the Catering Manager to discuss other payment options.
Events that are cancelled less than two business days before the event may be subject to a cancellation fee or full payment for food, beverages or rentals.
Any event that is booked after 3:00 pm will be subjected to an additional $35.00 per staffing hour that the event dictates. This fee will be placed in the Service Charge portion of the contract.
Events scheduled after these hours are subjected to additional fees previously mentioned.
The delivery methods available are On Site Delivery and Floor Stock Delivery, please note we no longer provide Pick Up options for Floor Stock items.
